Edit: that said, it isn't letting me scroll down properly, I have to zoom out to see the full image and advance to the next page.

What device are you using for the thing? If it's mobile - there might be some issues with the way Twine framework builds its stories.
Or, if you're using a specific desktop browser, there might also be an issue, as I've only tested it in Chrome and locally.
Anyways, let me know what's your setup & I'll try to fix it.
